		<description>I know it&#039;s a year later, but I&#039;d stay away from Safeware. You have to prove exactly when your phone got damaged. My speakers aren&#039;t working. I didn&#039;t think it was a big deal. But they won&#039;t repair it unless I dropped it, soaked it or something. If something just breaks on your phone, forget it. They only insure after an accident. i guess you could just dump it in water before you call them. I had to fight with them for 6 hours and 2 supervisors before they would even agree to look at my phone.</description>
